CCEA MOBA is launching an international urban design competition in the historic city center of Prague.

Open Call
RaumScape – A Unique Piazzetta in Old Town, Prague

RaumScape aims to blend public space with new programs, shaping a vibrant urban landscape. This architectural and landscape design competition seeks solutions that reimagine public space and architecture as a dynamic tapestry of interconnected layers within the urban fabric.

Apply online with portfolio by June 2nd 8:00 pm CET  for more
No submission fee.

The competition approach is inspired by the unique concept of Raumplan, first introduced by Adolf Loos in the Müller Villa, built in Prague in 1930. Loos pioneered a spatial design method that moves beyond conventional floor levels, working with varied heights and intermediate levels to create fluid, interconnected spaces. RaumScape embraces this philosophy within the context of contemporary urban design.

We invite creative teams from around the world to take part in this exceptional project and seize the opportunity to shape the future of Prague’s city center—creating a space that will inspire and bring joy to both residents and visitors alike.
