We have created a cancellation and refund policy to ensure that you are informed of our processes and to assist you in the event that you need to cancel your participation.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Please note that no cancellations are allowed once a registration fee has been paid.

1.2 The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Seek Fanatic has made a mistake.

  • 1.2.1 In such cases, coupons of the same value might be provided for genuine cases to the participant.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all participants have an enjoyable experience with our competitions, and we stand behind the quality of our services.

2.1 In case of any mistake on the side of Seek Fanatic only, we will refund 100% of the total amount paid by the participant with a 0% fee.

2.2 However, if the mistake is on the side of the participant or the registrant, we won’t be able to provide any refund, rather we may provide coupons of the same value for genuine cases.

2.3 To qualify for a refund in cases of Seek Fanatic’s mistake, the participant must be able to provide proof of the fault of the company. Once proven, the refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

2.4 Please note that any mistake on the side of Seek Fanatic would be refunded but any mistake on the side of the participant or the registrant won’t be refunded in any case, rather coupons of the same value might be provided for genuine cases to the participant!
